En aquest elegant racó de l’Eixample, el Delibar, ens explica que, abans que res, per cuinar ell necessita el millor producte (“diferencial i cuina senzilla”) i la resta són martingales. Només proveeix el rebost a través de petits productors selectes, i en matèria d’arròs utilitza la varietat italiana acquerello, orgànic i comú en l’alta cuina d’aquest país. No té carta de temporada ni pissarra. Demaneu l’arròs del dia: a nosaltres ens va tocar un arròs de múrgoles amb formatge de la Vall de Bianya, subtil, cremós i elegant. Potser el dia que hi aneu us cuinen el de caldo de pernil, fet amb la mantega de l’os. En aquesta nova secció arrencarem citant en primer lloc els preparats per Marc Casals a Delibar, un refugi de gurmets que a poc a poc van descobrint els millors paladars de la city. Són ous provinents de les granges de la Vall d’en Bas, on els pares d’en Marc han creat el mas les Comelles, un paradís agroturístic amb unes vistes, unes instal·lacions i un entorn de somni, que mereixen una visita. Al bufó i exclusiu Delibar fan aquests ous amb excel·lents patates també de la Vall i tòfona negra i una pluja de foie gras. Començant per les illes de l’Eixample que hi ha reflectides al logo del local fins a la fotografia gegant d’una ciutat de nit que hi ha al fons de l’establiment, absolutament tot té un aire cosmopolita. Ara bé, això no vol pas dir que sigui un bar fred i impersonal. Al contrari, en la decoració hi predomina la fusta i la pell, a partir de tons marronosos, fet que li dóna un to elegant i de distinció.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;El Delibar està obert tot el dia, hi fan esmorzars, dinars i sopars, però a la nit la música i la iŀluminació el converteixen en un espai idoni per fer la primera copa. L’establiment, situat al carrer Casanova, pràcticament a tocar a la Diagonal, és un bar petit, però tot i això han reservat un espai amb revistes de tendències, moda i vins i una zona Wi-Fi. El lavabo, com sol passar darrerament en tots els bars que s’obren a Barcelona és petit, en aquest cas, però, molt elegant, amb un gran mirall en què s’hi reflecteix una llum blavosa que li dóna un ambient especial. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="text-align: justify;"&gt;S’han especialitzat en vins i caves, cosa que encara el fa més singular. Si ets un apassionat del vi sabràs que cada vegada costa més trobar locals que tinguin i et sàpiguen servir un bon vi. A més compten amb un celler climatitzat i una carta àmplia i variada.
